Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle new implementation projects.
- Remote and On site support for Call manager , Unity , UCCX , IMP and expressway.
- Troubleshooting , identify and resolve voice issues.
- Manage Customer faults and issues.
- Good experience in Call manager , Unity , Contact center ,and Expressway is required.
- CCNP Collaboration is required ,CCIE Collaboration is a PLUS.
- Proven work experience From 3- 4 Years in Cisco voice products.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
