- Handle new implementation projects.
- Remote and Onsite support for Call Manager, Unity, UCCX, IMP, and expressway.
- Troubleshooting, identify and resolve voice issues.
- Manage Customer faults and issues.
- Good experience in Call Manager, Unity, Contact Center, and Expressway is required.
- CCNP Collaboration is required; CCIE Collaboration is a PLUS.
Years of Exp.
Proven work experience from 4- 6 Years in Cisco voice products.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
